About

In our challenging world, we can all find ourselves wishing for help handling complicated issues, feelings, and circumstances.  My goal as a counselor is to provide a compassionate and safe space where you can explore your experiences and develop the tools sustain a more fulfilling and balanced life.

I take a client-centered and collaborative approach, tailoring therapy to meet your unique needs and goals. Whether you’re managing stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, or pursuing personal growth, I am here to listen and support you in finding meaningful solutions.

Drawing from integrative therapeutic modalities such as existential, solutions-focused, and person-centered approaches, I help clients uncover strengths, break unhelpful patterns, and achieve lasting change. I also emphasize the mind-body connection as a key part of healing and personal growth. My hope is to empower you to connect with yourself and others authentically, build healthier coping strategies, and create the life you desire.

I am currently pursuing a Mental Health Counseling degree through The College of William & Mary.  After dedicating a 10-year career to improving education systems alongside achieving a Master’s Degree in Instructional Systems with a Bachelor’s in Psychology, I am now excited to embark on a journey to connect deeply with and support members of my local community.
