Graduate Student, Intern

About

Hi! I’m Elora Duong!

I’m currently a graduate student working towards a master’s degree in Couple’s and Family Therapy at Nova Southeastern University. My journey in this field began with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida, where I focused on Behavior Analysis.

I view therapy as a unique and collaborative journey, tailored, to the individual needs of each client. My approach is relational, rooted in the belief that our experiences with those around us —family, friends, teachers, and others —shape who we are. As a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern, I emphasize the importance of exploring these relationships to foster deeper self-understanding and growth.

In the therapy room, my goal is to create a safe, warm, and welcoming environment where you feel heard and respected. I strive to be a flexible and active listener, adapting to your evolving needs. Together, we’ll co-create a space where you can challenge old patterns, discover new perspectives, and find what truly works for you.
